We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase! To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the original order date. We offer store credit for returned items; unfortunately, exchanges are not available at this time. Please note, a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping costs. All products purchased on discount, subscriptions, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Missing Packages
In the event that a package shows as delivered but has not been received, please allow an additional 3 business days as carriers can occasionally experience scanning errors. If your package has still not arrived after this period, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@skinsbyblair.com. It’s important to note that package protection is automatically added to every Blair Skincare order covering any package loss. By opting out of package protection, Blair Skincare is not held liable and will not replace or refund any lost packages.
